ARK Probe Duo Oral Motor Tool

The ARK Probe Duo is a new, versatile upgrade to our non-vibratory oral motor options. Each Probe Duo Set targets a different area for oral motor work, combining two different Z-Vibe tip attachments onto the Probe Duo non-vibratory handle. As a bonus, since the tips in each set twist into the Probe Duo handle, you can attach any Z-Vibe tip you have in your collection to customize your Duo at home. Choose from 5 different Probe Duo sets, or select just the Probe Duo handle to use with your tips at home:

• Classic Set: Includes the Probe Tip and Preefer Tip on the Probe Duo handle. This duo of versatile tips is packed with texture variety, making them great for oral motor massage - run them along the lips, tongue, cheeks for extra sensory feedback.

• Tongue Set: Includes the Flat Spoon Tip (Smooth) and the Fine Tip on the Probe Duo handle. Use the Flat Spoon Tip to guide the tongue for lateralization, elevation, and tongue coordination exercises. Use the point of the Fine Tip to target specific spots in the mouth where you want the tongue to go.

• Lip Set: Includes the Button Tip #3 (second largest) and the Popette Tip on the Probe Duo handle. Both handy tips for lip closure and lip rounding, use the Button Tip for an upgrade to the classic "button pull" exercise. The Popette Tip provides a sweet incentive for lip rounding - instruct your client to close their lips around a lollipop!

• Jaw Set: Includes the Bite Tube Tip (Smooth) and the Bite-n-Chew Tip (thinner/smooth) on the Probe Duo handle. Start with the Bite Tube Tip for a softer resistance for biting and chewing exercises - and fill the tube with a favorite puree for a tasty reward! Move to the Bite-n-Chew Tip for a firmer resistance against the solid tip to build jaw strength.

• Feeding Set: Includes the Soft Brush Tip and the Textured Spoon Tip (Small) on the Probe Duo handle. Go in with the Soft Brush Tip to help desensitize the mouth before feeding for clients with hypersensitivity. Once you're warmed up, use the Textured Spoon Tip for extra sensory feedback during feeding from the textured bumps on the back of the spoon bowl.
