The three essentials for any feeding program include: a set of spoons, a set of Probes, and a set of chew tools. The Textured Spoons and DuoSpoons have textured surfaces that provide increased awareness during feeding and promote the transition from puréed to textured foods. The Maroon Spoons and E-Z Spoons have shallow bowls to assist individuals with poor oral motor control. ARK's Probe, ProPreefer, and ProMini can be used to de-sensitize the mouth and to work on oral defensiveness and/or food aversions. Use them to introduce the gums, palate, cheeks, and tongue to new textures by stroking and applying pressure. ARK's Grabbers® and Y-Chews® simulate the textures and scents of real food. They are available here in a hierarchy - one smooth, one textured, and one scented. Use them in progressive order to slowly de-sensitize the mouth. Their medical grade, resilient material provides a safe outlet for working on chewing and feeding skills.

All Probes, ProPreefers, ProMinis, Grabbers®, and Y-Chews® are made in the USA from medical grade, FDA approved materials that contain no lead, phthalates, PVC, BPA, or latex. The spoons contain no latex. Spoon colors may vary.

Caution: These products should only be used by a professional therapist or by a caregiver trained in their use and should be supervised at all times. It is not recommended that the Maroon Spoons be used with individuals who have a strong bite reflex.
