The ultimate sensory drawing tool! ARK's Tran-Quill® Crayon has a smooth, gentle vibration that provides sensory input to the hand without affecting the actual writing/drawing. The vibration, texture, and weight of the handle can help increase focus and concentration, improve rote muscle memory, normalize writing speed, increase hand strength and dexterity, and decrease the grip force used to hold the crayon. Perfect for homework, note-taking, and more. Highly recommended for individuals with sensory integration issues and/or poor fine motor control. 

Also available in pen and pencil versions. 

 

Specifications:

”Materials”    Made in USA and medical-grade.

”Made    Crafted in our own factory in Columbia, SC for quality and safety assurance.

”Sizing”    Measures just over 8" in length (with a new crayon) and .5" in diameter. Crayons can be snapped in half if a shorter length is required.

”What’s    Includes 1 vibrating Z-Vibe® handle (royal blue), 1 Crayon Adapter, and 6 crayons. Crayon colors will vary; most standard-sized Crayola crayons are also compatible.

”Caution”    Caution: Not a toy. Contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. This therapeutic tool is to be used by a therapist or caregiver and directly supervised at all times.
