Biting when happy + "R" problems

My daughter recently turned 2 and has developed a biting problem.  This is a new behavior, and so far she only bites when she's happy and playing with us.  It doesn't seem to be linked to frustration. Jaw Grading & Stability

Jaw grading is the ability to visually judge how far you need to open your mouth to take a bite out of certain foods and to say certain speech sounds. Question: My son chews on his fingers so much! He has chewed right through the first layer of his skin on his index finger and thumb.
