How do you ship your products?
We ship within the continental United States via UPS and the US Post Office.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. Express shipment orders should be placed early enough in the week to allow delivery by that Friday because UPS DOES NOT deliver on Saturday (unless payment has been made for a Saturday delivery). We usually process and ship all orders within 48 business hours.
Is your shopping cart secure?

How do you assemble the Z-Vibe®?
Both the Z-Vibe® and the DnZ-Vibe® have three internal components: a thick compression spring, a special Vibe Battery, and a motor/spring assembly. See the images below for instructions on their assembly:
How do you assemble the DnZ-Vibe®?
The DnZ-Vibe® can be assembled two different ways, depending on each individual's personal preference and/or acceptance to vibration. Vibration will always be greater at the end that contains the motor. Therefore, in Option 1, more vibration is concentrated towards the blue Probe Tip on the left. In Option 2, more vibration is concentrated towards the Switch Tip on the right.
How do you clean all of the Vibes?
After using any Vibe on an individual, you should disinfect the entire assembly before you remove the tip. Use a disinfectant spray, such as Clorox Anywhere, or an equivalent cleaner.
- With the tip still twisted into the handle, spray the entire unit thoroughly. Wipe off the excess disinfectant with a clean paper towel and then remove the tip.
- Insert a new tip for the next individual.
- The removed tip should be washed with an anti-bacterial soap and water for further cleaning. The tips can also be washed in dishwashers that do not exceed 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the cleaned tip back in its storage vial until the next use.
Do not immerse the handpiece in water. Water will cause rust and void any warranties. If you suspect that water has entered the handpiece, disassemble the unit, lay the components on a towel, and allow to dry overnight. After drying, re-assemble the unit according to the images above.
The batteries sold with these units have very little rust protection. Effective rust inhibitors are usually not safe, and so our batteries do not have these hazardous coatings. This means, however, that they are more susceptible to water and/or moisture. Please use extra caution.
Because ARK's Vibes are used in the mouth, their tips should not be shared among different individuals. For sanitary purposes, please designate any one tip to only one individual. We understand that price may be an issue here, and for that reason we offer significant price reductions on the 3, 6, 12, and combo packs.
Where can I get batteries?
ARK's Vibes come with a special battery not sold in stores. They are specially manufactured so that the handle of the Vibes can be kept as slim as possible. You can buy spares under Oral Motor Accessories.
My child is a biter, will the Grabber® or Grabber XT® work for him/her?
The Grabber® and Grabber XT® were designed as tools to promote the development of chewing. However, for aggressive chewers, the Grabbers® are not always a cure. Additional therapeutic intervention to address this problem MAY include changes in diet, behavioral modification strategies, and/or a sensory diet schedule. Aggressive biters may be able to bite through the Grabbers®. Usage should be supervised at all times. Please check periodically for breakage if aggressive biting persists.
Are your products latex-free?
Yes, they are latex-free. All products manufactured by ARK are made from medical grade resins that contain no lead, phthalates, PVC, BPA, or latex. For more information on this topic, please visit our Product Safety page.
