States via UPS, Federal Express, and US Post Office.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. Express shipment orders should
be placed early enough in the week to allow delivery by that Friday because Fed
Ex and UPS DO NOT deliver on Saturday, unless payment has been made for a
Saturday delivery. We inventory all products and usually ship within 48 hours.

How do you assemble the DnZ-Vibe?
After using the Vibe on an
individual you should disinfect the entire assembly before you remove the
tip. This is accomplished by using a disinfectant such as
Clorox Anywhere ( you can purchase Clorox Anywhere in 4 and 22 oz. convenient
sprayers on our website
under "Accessories") or an equivalent cleaner.
- With the tip in the unit ( the "O" ring should be completely inside the
hand piece) spray the entire unit thoroughly. Wipe off the excess disinfectant with a clean paper towel and then remove the tip.
- Insert a new tip for the next client.
- The removed tip from the handpiece should be washed with an anti-bacterial
soap and water to clean the tip.
- Place removed tip in its
vial .
Do not immerse the handpiece in water. Water will cause rust and void
any warranties. If you suspect water has entered the handpiece, disassemble the
unit, lay the components on a towel and allow to dry. After drying re-assemble
the unit.
Because the Vibes are used in the mouth our
batteries have very little rust protection. Effective rust inhibitors are
usually not safe so our batteries do not have these coatings and are susceptible
to water or moisture.
Use one tip per individual. This is a therapeutic tool and should be
supervised at all times.
The tip you removed should be washed thoroughly with a anti-bacterial
soap and stored in it's own
vial ( vials are sold on our website under "Travel Kits"). Tips can be washed in dishwashers
that do not exceed 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ark Batteries are specially designed for
our products for longer lasting performance and they are manufactured as small

My child is a biter, will the Grabber or Grabber XT work for him?
The Grabber and Grabber XT were designed as
tools used to promote the development of chewing. However, for aggressive
chewers the Grabber and Grabber XT are not always a cure. Additional therapeutic
intervention to address this problem MAY include changes in food diet,
behavioral modification strategies, or a sensory diet schedule. Aggressive
biters may be able to bite through the Grabber or Grabber XT.

Hi, I was wondering if your z-vibe tips are latex free? What about the soothies?

All of ARK's Z-Vibe and Double Z-Vibe tips are latext FREE. The Soothies are
also latex FREE. In fact, all of the current plastic materials we use are
medical grade for the safety of the children.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following
items you purchased from ARK Therapeutic Services for any reason for a full
refund ( excluding the shipping costs):
* Any unopened ( still in its plastic wrap) printed material.
* Any items as long as they are in their original packaging and have not been
used; or they are defective.
Prior to sending the item(s) that you intend to return you must call for an
Return Authorization Number. All returns must include the Return Authorization
Number and a copy of the invoice. There will be a reshipping fee to exchange any
product. If the product was defective or boxed incorrectly we will exchange it
at no additional cost.
On credit card orders there is a 10% return fee for processing costs.
