The Spirometer is an exerciser for both inhalation and exhalation that improves respiratory capacity. The objective is to raise the ball to the top and to maintain its position there. The ball provides visual feedback for motivation, and the flow dial can be easily adjusted to increase respiratory effort. Kit includes: 1 Spirometer, 1 standard mouthpiece, 1 round 3/8" mouthpiece, 1 nasal clamp, instructions, and a Patient Progress Chart (that can be copied for multiple patients). Extra hose and mouthpieces are also available separately. Made of light-weight, durable, latex-free plastic. Caution: contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
